ACCOMMODATION

Our 4-brand new fully equipped/ self-contained cabins, with un-suite, split systems for heating and air-conditioning, fridge/freezer, small electric oven /stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2-bedrooms, (sleeps 4 people comfortable and up to 6 with the sofa bed) each cabin has a queen size bed and two single beds (bunk beds), all bedding is supplied $170 per night per cabin, sofa bed is available for an extra $10 per night. Discounted weekly rates are available.

Each cabin has a deck/ veranda with a 6-seater outdoor setting overlooking the Warrego River. Artesian water for drinking and cooking/ showers. The cabins are completely off the grid (no TV, no mobile phone service or internet) We are happy to share our beautiful paradise full of peace and serenity, a time to enjoy the bush, with family and friends, reading, playing cards, painting, bush walking or kayaking, it’s a beautiful place to connect with nature and reset from the chaos of life. We have purposefully spaced the cabins apart for privacy like no other, minimum stay 2 nights.

If you’re booking all 4 cabins and need extra beds, we also have 2 basic rooms with 3 single beds in each (1 single and a set of bunk beds) $120 per night per room, at the nearby shearing shed, with a short walk to the toilet, shower and a shared kitchen in the shearing shed.

Our large shearing shed, with a built-in kitchen can also be hired for functions, weddings, meetings, family/ friend gatherings. $1,000 per night. Only available if all 4 cabins are part of the booking. Catering can be arranged.

We also take caravan bookings, but there are no powered sites available yet.

$ 25 per night for 2 people and $35 for a family.

YOU NEED TO KNOW

If you’re a party animal, Lower Lila retreat is not the place for you. It’s a peaceful retreat where we respect each other’s privacy.
Bookings are essential before arriving.
Sorry no motor bikes at all or 4 wheel driving around the farm.
Bring your own food, unless you are with a women’s retreat booking or have arranged otherwise ( there is no shops near by).
BYO Alcohol and drinks.
Washing machine not supplied, so please make sure to pack enough for your entire stay.
No pets allowed because future guest may have pet allergies and we don’t want our pet goats or sheep disturbed or chased.
No smoking in the cabins.
Not suitable for children under 5 years of age due to the extensive river frontage.
We can collect and return you to Bourke airport for additional price.
Catering can be arranged at an additional price.
Bookings are essential and a deposit must be made when you book to secure the booking.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
